I've been listening to Roxy's since discovering her on Women of Impact. I was hooked by her infectious passion and energy she expresses through every interview or Solosode that she has towards empowering others. I found myself in a rut and decided to take a chance on myself after I heard that she was releasing her Future Self course.

The wisdom and intuition she shares is so eloquent in the course allowing ease to understand and implement the information into your daily life. For anyone who is interested in prioritizing yourself, even if that is difficult and the last thing you want to do, I would highly encourage anyone to take the plunge. You'll be able to discover more self-trust and compassion to get you to where you want to be, and it is truly incredible to look back on your past self to realize that you are constantly becoming a more evolved version of your character.

Roxy helped me release myself from the confines of boxes and labels to connect with who I truly am, as a whole person, and to value myself in my own unique wholeness. Through her guidance, I was able to shed layers of insecurity and self-doubt and I began to forge an empowered sense of self.

I learned from her a new definition of self-love and ways to express it that I had never heard before. She is cutting edge with a piercing ability to zero in on the heart of the matter, wasting no time or energy on entertaining anything else.

Everyone has heard the question of "Where do you want to be in 5 years, 10 years, etc.", to which Roxy unsurprisingly provides a uniquely creative and strongly rooted approach to the identity of her future self. This woman ( your future self) is not just a hypothetical, but rather a beautiful muse to inspire and guide her through every single action with purpose, resilience, and raw badassery. Roxy's mentorship on the exercise of building my own future self has been crucial to feeling rooted in my current path, confident about my trajectory as I navigate difficulty, while finding joy and love for myself in the present.

What I love the most is the process of creating this new identity for myself through self-love, self-trust, self-respect and higher self! This was a power move because: I am actually achieving goals that I have long wished for! It is rebuilding my self-worth! I am showing up differently in my life for myself.

Roxy’s teachings always feel like my own inner voice or future self coming through and reminding me, nudging me, lighting the path. I appreciate the powerful messages and teachings Roxy is sharing about Self-connection, self-drive, self-worth, and giving all of your best self to yourself because you deserve to fully experience all the very best of you.

Joining Roxy's program was one of the best decisions I ever made. The way she guided me helped me get more clear on my goals and fortify the path to achieving them. Roxy helped me to move more smoothly during my challenges when I was facing adversity.

She is truly one of the best coaches I have ever worked with and I recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their life and become the best version of themselves. I would definitely say she puts her heart and soul into everything that she does and she’s able to give anyone the practical tools they need to achieve their goals and to improve their lives.

Roxy has given me the tools and strategies that I continue to need to elevate my life, to push toward the next level. I found her during a time when my confidence was low and self-doubt was high. I honestly felt like I was stuck-I was constantly replaying the same negative scenarios in my head, being my biggest, harshest critic, and seeking some validation from everyone around me. This cycle was in a loop in my mind, body, and spirit until I found this sisterhood.

Roxy taught me how to build my confidence and dismantle repetitive hurtful self-talk. It’s given me the skills that I need to validate myself.

I followed the FutureSelf Digital course with Roxy in Oct/Nov 2022 and I was very happy with my decision.

I was able to give myself a powerful structure under which I want to continue to evolve. I learned so much about myself through journal prompts and the Workbook. I have found the power to write down past traumas and be vulnerable and show up and share my thoughts.

I really enjoyed the videos that Roxy has recorded that helped me to work on myself.I highly recommend it to everyone who wants “a little spin-off” on the journey to optimal health and performance.
